I'll get better photos later. Probably when I switch to the new account.

Project numbah 2 in 3D design.

Hybridizing some sort of headwear with something alive.

Sooo triceratops gas mask. DUH.

Only materials allowed were paper and anything to make it stick together. So this is two and a half packets of bristol paper and elmers glue. Leather texture made with brown and black ink, with hints of red. Old copper texture was made with inks and acrylics.

I had a huge elaborate backstory/concept but it's too boring to explain here so I'll just abridge it to: "ZOMG D1N0S4URZ."


It makes my head look so disproportional.


Also worthy of note is this was my first ever all-nighter. 36 hours straight baby. Bringin' home the A's.

I love the head gear Nat!! We had a mask project at Halloween but it was an in-class and we only had 3 hours so it wasn't nearly as well thought out or made like this! ^.^
The gas mask/dino combo is cute lol! To be honest it's very Silent Hill-ish LOLZ

Wow...I just can't even beging to understand how in the world I would even attempt a 3D class like this. XD;;; This is so wonderful, the paper looks like metal and everything.
